You all know how these things turn out: You think the bluegrass cover of “Roll Over Beethoven” or “Back In Black” or “Anaconda” will be pretty good – or at least, pretty funny – and it turns out to be just … eh. The bluegrass version of “Paperback Writer” is perfect, but I digress.
