Here we have two versions of one song, neither of which has sold me.

I think Sarah Jarosz and her peach-fuzzed cohorts need to wait for 15 years or so, until they understand the song; and that Tom Waits sounds like he needs a trip to the hospital to clear the excess gunk from his lungs.

I've posted Jarosz's version -- a rare misfire for her -- because Waits' version (he's the songwriter, btw) is so nauseating that I can't get through more than two lines of it. So, I'm squeamish; so, sue me.
