At the time he recorded this track for his acclaimed solo album, “Hide Head Blues”, Jim Mills was working for Ricky Skaggs, and he was one of the best banjoists on the circuit. Since then, he’s built a thriving business, restoring and selling pre-war Gibson banjos.
