Coal Country’s Paul Coleman is one of the best bluegrass singers around. Unfortunately, local bands like Coal Country don’t always get steady gigs, and that means long waits between albums.

In the meantime, here’s one of their best – a fine version of The Stanley Brothers’ “Scarlet Purple Robe”.
